Our Mission
Many hospital groups and private practices are too big to deliver true integrated care. The Alexander Center stands out by offering medical staff, physical rehab specialists and case manager all under one roof, all within one appointment. Together, they develop a detailed treatment plan and deliver comprehensive care to patients looking for results.
Healing and Injury Prevention
Our physiotherapy is about balancing, correcting aberrant movement patterns and re-establishing improved neuromusculoskeletal movement patterns. In fact, a specific portion of our clinic is dedicated to exercise and outfitted with all the necessary equipment for patients to learn how to address skeletal misalignment and improper muscle function caused by misuse or repetitive stress.

What To Expect
On your first visit, you’ll begin with a detailed history with our case manager, followed by a comprehensive medical exam with a nurse practitioner based on your complaints. We’ll also grab an x-ray while you’re here.
Once we’ve gotten to know you, our team works to develop a plan specific to you. We’ll meet a few days after your first appointment to review your x-rays and treatment plan, so you’ll know exactly what the game plan is.
Your following appointments will be a combination of integrated care with our nurse practitioner, and rehav team based on your personal treatment plan.
We aim to send you out of treatment with improved well-being and better understanding of how to maintain optimal health. We’re committed to supporting our patients, and happy to help you with check-ins and return visits as needed!
Payment & Insurance
Our practice accepts most insurance plans and that determination is based on your treatment plan. We will be sure to discuss that on your first visit and figure out your coverage. We also want to ensure everyone has access to our care and work with patients across varied incomes to get a payment plan that works for them.
